The girl behind the label is Suzanne Watson, originally from Aberdeen, but graduated with a BA (Hons) in Design for Textiles from Heriot-Watt University, School of Textiles in Galashiels. After a brief spell in London, she was inspired to start her own label for everyone who is young at heart, like her. Combining her trained skills in printed textiles, with her passion for bright colours and a love of kitsch jewellery, Suzy Loves... was created.

How much is postage?
Within the UK shipping is a flatrate of £2.00 per order and is posted via 1st Class Royal Mail. Outside of the UK shipping is a flatrate of £4.00 per order and is posted via Airmail. (N.B. Buyers are responsible for payment of any customs fees). *If you would like your order to be sent recorded delivery, please contact us and we would be happy to quote you a price.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days, if it’s going to take a little longer, we will contact you and let you know. If you don’t want to wait that time, we will give you a full refund. In the UK orders are sent out by first class mail, but please note outside of the UK that Airmail ranges from 1-4 weeks for delivery.
Can I get a refund or an exchange?
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Do you make custom pieces?
I love working on custom orders as I love being able to create something unique for an individual, so do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to talk about a custom design.
How do I look after my purchases?
Please treat your purchases gently. Although every care has been taken to use the strongest materials, they may not withstand hard labour. If you do accidently break an item, we will happily repair it for a small fee. Just drop us an e-mail. Do not wear your jewellery whilst asleep or while bathing or showering. Avoid wearing perfume at the same time as your jewellery as this can cause tarnishing. The best way to store your pieces is out of direct sunlight and in clear zip-lock bags or a box to prevent them from getting tangled up.For accessories made from 100% silk, please spot clean only.
